Legacy of art

I look back into the past To the moments that will forever last My ancestors' art and stories guided me all the time Helping me find my way with pride I learnt a lot from the struggles and pain And getting inspiration from their art and life It gave me strength and courage to become a creator, a dreamer wild and free Today we live with colors that dance and play We live with textures that touch and feel We live with art that heals and comforts We are surrounded by art that inspires and uplifts In our daily lives, we are touched by creativity that sparks and ignites Everyday we are influenced by the stories that art tells The lenses of the past guides us today We pass our legacy from our ancestors to our future generations on art A heritage of creativity that touches the heart The stories they tell, we sing, we dance The beauty they created And so we create, we share Leaving a legacy that will remain That I know will last forever With every stroke, with every rhyme Our art becomes a part of time A testament to our love and light A beacon in the dark of night In the picture of life, we weave Our stories, our art, our dreams, our leave A legacy that's rich and bold A heritage that will never grow old.
