Don’t Rewrite Someone Else’s Voice

Suggestions are welcome. Taking over the piece is not welcome. Whenever possible, explain the issue before proposing a replacement. The writer should understand why something needs attention, not receive a completely rewritten paragraph that sounds like someone else wrote it. Protect the writer’s voice.
