What Belongs Here?

Pretty much anything connected to books, writing, creativity, and writer life. Tell us: • what you’re writing today • what you’re reading • what idea suddenly appeared while you were trying to sleep • which fictional character is currently refusing to cooperate • what piece of research sent you down an unexpected rabbit hole • what song belongs on your manuscript playlist • what writing habit actually works for you • what writing advice you completely disagree with • what book made you want to become a writer • what trope you will defend forever • what trope you never want to see again • whether you prefer notebooks, keyboards, typewriters, or whatever scrap of paper happens to be nearby • the ridiculous thing you just searched because apparently being a writer means having a deeply suspicious browser history You can also just stop by and say: “How is everyone’s writing going today?” That is more than enough to start a conversation.
