Common questions
Can I submit in Hindi?
English and Hindi stories enter the same monthly round and are marked against the same published rubric. Neither language carries an advantage or a handicap, so write in whichever one the story wants to be told in.
What does entry cost?
₹199 for one story, ₹349 for two, ₹699 for five, all in rupees. Monthly winners enter the next round free, and entering three consecutive months earns the Seasoned Quill badge and a free entry with it.
Do I need an international card?
No. You pay in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking, and there is no international card or currency conversion involved anywhere in the process.
How is the ₹2,000 prize paid?
