Quick answer: To enter, choose how many poems you are sending, fill in your details, upload the poem as a PDF, DOC, DOCX or TXT file or paste it straight into the form, and pay the entry fee. One poem costs $5, two cost $8 and five cost $15, or Rs 150, Rs 220 and Rs 450 for poets in India. Entries close on the 25th of every month at 11:59 PM India Standard Time.

How do I submit a poem to Writory?
Go to the submit page, pick a single, double or five poem entry, complete the form with your name, email, age and qualification, attach or paste your poem, and pay the fee. You receive a confirmation email and the entry appears in your profile.
Can I submit more than one poem?
Yes. A two poem entry is $8 and a five poem entry is $15. Each poem is read and scored separately, so more entries mean more chances and more feedback.
How are poems in different languages judged?
No poem is translated for judging. Every poem is assessed in its original language against the same five published criteria, which do not depend on the language of the poem. Judging is blind, and every entrant receives their five-part score out of 100, so the judging of each poem is visible to its poet.
What happens after I submit?
Your poem goes into the reading queue for that month. Human judges score it on creativity, emotion, structure, language and theme. Results are announced on the 30th and your score appears in your profile whether you win or not.
