City life by Swati jha City life, Oh my darling! City life, You make me mesmerized, With all your love. Secrets so many secrets Are hidden inside your heart You whisper, "one should never trust." Everyone here is hiding their grief- Busy in chasing the never ending dreams, A moment of calm and peace, Makes you feel like committing infidelity. What an obscure serenity! City life, O my darling! City life, Tell me, will I ever be enough? City lights light the whole city, But can't light the darken soul! My darling city, You never sleep. Still can't find the people who are Doing wrong. O dear city you have freedom You are pretty But I feel free yet caged. Is this your never ending game? City life, City life, Are you really home? Or village life, Village life, Was it less wrong?
