Refund and Cancellation Policy
Quick answer: Writory does not refund contest entry fees. Once a poem has been submitted and the payment received, the entry is final, because the fee pays for work that starts immediately: the poem enters the reading queue, the participation certificate is issued, and human readers are assigned. Entries cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.

That is the one case we always put right. Write to contest@writoryofficial.com with the email address you used and we will either reverse the duplicate charge or issue a credit for a future month of equal value.
My payment went through but I cannot see my entry. What now?
The entry is not lost. Payments are reconciled against submissions automatically and the missing entry is usually created within a few minutes. If it takes longer, send us the payment reference and we will create it by hand. You will not be asked to pay again.
