Writory: Monthly Poetry Contest for India & Worldwide
Writory is an online poetry contest platform that runs an international poetry
competition every month. Each contest runs from the 1st to the 30th of the month:
poems must be submitted by the 25th at 11:59 PM India Standard Time, and results
are announced on the 30th at 8:00 PM India Standard Time.
Winners receive cash prizes of up to ₹1000 or $25
and free entry into the next contest, and every participant receives an official
participation certificate and a five-criteria judge score out of 100, whether or
not they win.
Entry costs $5 for one poem, $8 for two and $15 for five, or ₹150,
₹220 and ₹450 for poets in India. Enter at

Who can enter the Writory poetry contest?
The contest is open to poets aged 13 and above, from India and anywhere in the
world. Poems are accepted in any language, English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil
and more, on any theme, with no word limit. Judging is fair and transparent:
every poem is scored on creativity, emotion, structure, language and theme, and
scores are visible in your profile.

- Double entry (2 poems): ₹220 / $8
- Bulk entry (5 poems): ₹450 / $15
- Seasoned Quill: free entry after 3 consecutive months of participation
