My Perception of Love Infinite
by Monica Hoppen
I hate myself in the afternoon
Soo much missed opportunity of how to you, just how little I remain to you
A love so deep so perfectly beautiful, always taken from me
My doubt, I'm without heart, I'm critical
Reasons far out way to believe you are my only wish, still are, but where are you?
In reality I am nothing more than a dream
You cannot know me, if that be but not true
By now you would have chosen me, snapped me up knowingly
Knowing they all want nothing more than to own me
So, every afternoon you play a game of how long I will allow you
Your pleasure, my pain
