About
I am a poet and emerging storyteller from Botswana, writing about the things that linger long after a moment has passed-love, grief, identity, family, memory, belonging, and becoming.
My writing is rooted in the landscapes, languages, relationships, and experiences that have shaped me. I am particularly drawn to the quiet spaces between what we say and what we feel: the conversations left unfinished, the people we remember, the love we are afraid to name, and the versions of ourselves we are still becoming.
My poetry often moves between tenderness and intensity, exploring both the beauty and discomfort of being human. I enjoy writing pieces that make readers pause, remember someone, question something, or simply feel.
I am currently developing my poetry collection, Ink & Reminiscence, while also working on my novel Becoming Her, a Botswana-based story exploring family, childhood, emotional wounds, and the complicated process of growing into oneself.
I write because some feelings are too complicated for ordinary conversation. Sometimes they need a poem. Sometimes they need a story. Sometimes they simply need somewhere to exist.
